Culture
Walking along the streets of Florence, rightfully called the cradle of the Renaissance, is an unforgettable experience and it is impossible not to be captivated by the magical atmosphere of its monuments and architectural structures laden with history and meaning.

Nestled in a picturesque, hilly landscape, the city of Siena has an immense cultural heritage which places it in the list of World Heritage by UNESCO.

Arezzo is a beautiful city that still bears the marks of its ancient Etruscan origins and its historical center is indeed of great artistic and cultural interest. The Chianti can be reached through the Chiantigiana, the road that winds and climbs hills in the shadow of many castles and beautiful towns as Gaiole, Radda, Castellina and Greve in Chianti. These small towns are famous for their handicraft products, for their history and the prestigious wine cellars. Many of these wineries are open to the public for tastings and purchases. The Valdarno, although less known, offers interesting historical sites and museums of particular value as the Museum of Sculpture of Cassero in Montevarchi and the Sacred Art of Masaccio in Cascia (Reggello).

Sport and nature
If you love horses there is a lovely riding school in La Forra just above Montegonzi, otherwise if you are tennis lover you should take advantage of the tennis courts in Montevarchi. If your choice is golf, there is the "Cavriglia Golf Club Le Miniere ASD", recognized by the Italian Golf Federation, which is only a few Km away from the Borgo.

Shopping
For those in search of fashion and big names, the famous outlets of Prada, Gucci, Armani and Dolce e Gabbana are all in the area. Then, there are weekly markets that take place in the centers of the nearby towns of Montevarchi, San Giovanni, Cavriglia, Terranuova Bracciolini and Figline Valdarno.

Food and Wine
The local cuisine products can be tasted and purchased at "The Mercatale" food and wine fair, held at the change of season, in downtown Montevarchi.
The Chianti region offers the possibility of guided visits of several wine cellars as well as of many farms. Here, you can rediscover the taste of the old Tuscan cooking tradition together with the most famous wines of the area served with cold cuts, cheese and other specialties.

Fairs
the most significant is the antiques fair that takes place in Arezzo on the first Saturday and Sunday of each month, there are others held once a month in the cities of Montevarchi and Terranuova Bracciolini.
